yes we dance, but how do we top the celebration when we clinch outright??

amazing we scored 74 with only two 3’s, great job of forcing steals that led to runouts and executing in the half court. Who says B11 games have to be ugly??

Yeah, I enjoy tDoJ as much as the next guy, but we need something really special for when we clinch the title outright.

That was a blast. A well-played game from both teams, a road win in a hostile environment (made even more hostile by the presence of a small Izzone group – the Illinois student section got really riled up every time the Izzone started a cheer), and a guarantee that there will be a new banner hanging in Breslin. What more could you ask for?

Absolutely impressive in the final seven minutes yesterday. After Jeff Jordan tied it I don’t think Illinois got a good look at the basket the rest of the game. That’s some great defense.

Though I am obligated to soil myself by cheering for Indiana this week, I know you guys will clinch it outright before the Purdue game. Indiana has no chance unless you completely fall asleep. That raises the question. Do you rest guys and get ready for the tournaments against Purdue, or play hard in case it matters for seeding purposes in the NCAA?

I’d say Izzo would want to keep momentum going and avenge the loss in West Lafayette, I don’t think we’d do any resting against Purdue. Maybe in the Big 10 tourney, but I doubt it. I think it’ll be pedal to the metal and try to zoom into the NCAAs on a good streak.
